The A-Tak Pack System helps to successfully execute projects, plans and problem solutions.  It drives focus, discipline and execution to ensure timeliness and maximum Return on Investment (ROI).

Introduction

The systematic approach ensures that the Stakeholders focus on the right issues and arrive at effective solutions.  In partnership with our clients, we ensure execution of the solutions to achieve the desired results. 

The web based A-Tak Pack System electronically tracks the progress of the project and identifies the people accountable.  It provides automated emails for project members to alert them of upcoming and/or overdue actions.  It also provides real time, customized reports for Executive Sponsors, Team Leaders and Project Managers.

Assessment Phase

  •   The right people selected to analyze the problem, plan the solutions and implement the plan

  •   Agreement on the roles (Executive Sponsor, Internal Project Leader, Team Leader/Members)

  •   Agreement on the work process and communication strategy

  •   Re-validation of the Vital Few Milestones, Objectives and/or Actions
